  • Why should I sweat?

    Sweating is a great way to help realize your personal fitness, wellness and beauty goals. By increasing circulation, your body benefits from a number of positive effects, such as glowing skin, pain relief, weight loss, stress relief, increased athletic performance, improved immune function, injury recovery and more.

  • How is this different from a traditional sauna or a steam sauna?

    While traditional dry saunas and steam saunas are excellent for your health, they are uncomfortable. Infrared heats your body from the inside out, allowing you to sweat more comfortably, and therefore longer, resulting in a more productive sweat.

  • What is Infrared?

    Infrared is simply a light wave next to the color red on the electromagnetic spectrum that is invisible to the human eye, but felt as heat. Some common examples of infrared heat are found in incubators for newborns, heat lamps and toasters.

  • Is there anyone who should not sweat?

    The only people who should not sweat are pregnant women, those with pacemakers and, although rare, those who have an inability to sweat.

  • How will I feel during and after my sauna session?

    Infrared saunas heat you very gently and slowly, making it a very peaceful experience for most people. You may find that you do not sweat for the first 10-15 minutes, or not very much at all your first time. With increased usage you will likely notice an increased ability to sweat more productively. After sweating you will feel great. You may notice glowing skin, diminished wrinkles, muscle and injury relief as well as a sense of relaxation.

  • How often should I sweat?

    It’s up to you! It is safe to sweat daily, however, depending on personal body and wellness goals many people sweat 1–3 times a week.

  • What are your hours?

    10am – 9pm Monday-Friday / 10am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday

  • How do I book an appointment?

  • How do I get the best price?

    We offer several excellently priced memberships and packages. Pricing.

  • May I bring a friend?

    Yes! You may add a friend for $25.

  • What if I arrive late?

    We advise arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your sweat to maximize your experience. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you.

  • Where do I park?

    We offer validated parking in the lot directly adjacent to our entrance on Hill.

  • Do you have lockers? Showers?

    We provide private suites with individual showers featuring StayWell Vitamin C shower filters.

  • Do you provide towels? Water?

    Yes, we provide all towels. We have electrolyte enhanced water available for purchase as well as a water dispenser should you wish to fill your own water bottle.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend wearing a towel (provided) or any loose fitting, comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a bathing suit for showering if doing a session with a friend.

  • How old do you have to be?

    You must be at least 18 years old. If you are 12 or older, you may do a session accompanied with a parent or guardian.

  • How do you clean the saunas?

    We take cleanliness very seriously and ensure that each suite is fully cleaned in between sessions with non-toxic cleaning supplies. Additionally, infrared heat kills 99% of bacteria, creating an inherently sterile environment.

  • Can I bring in my phone or laptop?

    Yes! Infrared heat does not affect electronics.

  • How long are the sessions?

    Sessions are 40 minutes.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Sauna sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment time in order to receive a full refund. Sessions cancelled less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time will be charged in full. However, if you are running late please call the studio. We will always do our best to accommodate you.
